Strategic
Planning Process
The City of Neenah is partnering with Innovative Public Advisors (IPA) to facilitate its strategic planning process, guiding City leaders, staff, and the community through a structured and collaborative approach to define priorities and strengthen long-term governance.
IPA is leading interactive workshops, conducting stakeholder engagement, and providing expert facilitation to help the City articulate its mission, vision, and values, while also identifying goals, strategies, and measurable outcomes.
Through this process, Neenah will build a clear, actionable three-year plan that aligns elected officials, staff, and community members around shared priorities—ensuring the City is well-positioned to address future challenges, seize opportunities, and advance its long-term success.
